Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with neurodiverse needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and ABA students.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and current BCBA certification. Must hold an active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
