Key Responsibilities
The BCBA is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA programs while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs. They will also collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure high-quality, ethical clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills are required to effectively manage caseloads and support RBTs.
