Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and provide supervision to ensure high-quality, individualized client outcomes. They are responsible for conducting treatment integrity observations, managing clinical documentation, and supporting caregiver training.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism and early intervention populations is required, along with current CPR and First Aid certification.
