This position offers weekends off, hybrid flexibility. Work with Opal Autism Centers in Draper, Utah, United States.
Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations to ensure high-quality, individualized outcomes. They are also responsible for providing supervision, supporting caregiver training, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism and early intervention populations, along with current CPR and First Aid certification, is required.
