Key Responsibilities
The Senior BCBA will maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and provide supervision while ensuring treatment integrity and protocol modifications. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and supporting caregiver training to promote long-term client success.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism is required for this senior-level role.
