Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for pediatric patients. Oversee RBT implementation, provide clinical supervision, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure. A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
