Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will lead the development and implementation of behavior analytic services, including functional behavior assessments and treatment plans. They will also provide clinical supervision to staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care for adults with autism.
Requirements
A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and at least two years of experience with developmental disabilities are required. Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and a New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis.
