Key Responsibilities
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive environment. Supervise and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families to track progress and set goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
