Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services while overseeing patient assessments and treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and provide ongoing training and support to staff to maintain clinical excellence.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in clinical leadership and staff supervision. Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and regulatory requirements in behavioral health is required.
