- Salary range: $84,000 to $106,000 annually.
- Signing bonus: $21,600.
- 23 days PTO.

- Manageable caseloads (25-30 billable hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will partner directly with families to drive progress and ensure treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Additionally, an active LBA certification in the state of New York is required.
