Key Responsibilities
The Senior Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will partner directly with families to drive progress and ensure treatment plans are implemented with high reliability.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires residency in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone and the ability to travel monthly to the Antelope Valley, CA region.
