Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They are responsible for conducting FBAs, providing parent education, and ensuring treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires the ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam.
