Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations to support individualized client outcomes. They are also responsible for providing supervision, caregiver training, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism is required for this senior-level role.
