You’ll deliver exceptional ABA services, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care.

Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. A Behavior Analyst license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Illinois is required.
