Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois Experience working in a clinic setting Availability for a minimum of two days availability per week (Evenings Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays) What Makes You a Great Fit: You are passionate about kids accessing high quality care You love working with school-aged children and supporting their goals Your ability to mentor and develop RBTs and future BCBAs Your collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team Your passion for working with children with special needs Your dedication to quality outcomes through education, training, and development Your receptiveness to feedback and commitment to personal and professional growth Schedule: Monday through Friday 4 - 7 pm and optional Saturdays 8 am - 2 pm

Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress while providing supervision and training to RBTs. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. A valid Behavior Analyst license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Illinois is required, along with experience in a clinic setting.
