Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, supervise treatment implementation, and maintain 25 billable hours per week. Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop treatment plans, and mentor registered behavior technicians.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in a related field and current BCBA certification. Candidates must possess Oklahoma licensure or be eligible for it, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
