Please Note: This is a 100% remote position supporting our California and Colorado regions. At this time, we are only considering applicants who reside within the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Due to service-area requirements, applicants cannot reside within the regions this position directly supports, including Orange County, San Diego, or the Denver area.

  • Potential Annual Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 based on experience, skills, and geography

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
  • Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
  • Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
  • Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise behavior technicians to ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and conduct functional behavior assessments. Develop ABA programs and provide ongoing education and support to parents.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires residency within the Mountain or Pacific time zones and successful completion of background checks and health screenings.
