Job Description
Join a team where the learners come first! At Lighthouse Autism Center, clinical quality is held to the highest standard and we’re looking for BCBAs who share that mission.
As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve. In addition to the life-changing work, BCBAs on our team enjoy the following:

Requirements
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Indiana LBA preferred or ability to obtain state licensure
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician
Key Responsibilities
Design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy for learners. Collaborate with the clinical team and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
