Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, supervise treatment implementation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver pediatric therapy. Maintain 25 billable hours per week while conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, and mentoring RBTs.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in a related field and current BCBA certification. Candidates must hold or be eligible for Oklahoma licensure and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
