Job Description
Physician Assistant, Skilled Nursing (SNF)
We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. We put an emphasis on quality and customer service first. Another crucial focus is treating in place when possible and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.
RVU Bonus Plan
- Full benefits package Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA/FSA, 4 weeks PTO, $1500 CME and 1 week for CME, Malpractice, 401
- Candidates must have an active Physician Assistant license.
- Prior SNF experience preferred but not required.
- Assuring delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner.
- Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information.

Key Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant will provide quality care services to patients in a skilled nursing facility and focus on treating patients in place to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations. They are responsible for instructing and counseling patients on therapeutic regimens and developmental information.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an active Physician Assistant license to be considered for the role. While prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, it is not strictly required.
