Key Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary wound care teams by conducting weekly rounds and house calls within the assigned region. Deliver high-quality skin and wound care, including assessments, dressing applications, and minor surgical procedures while maintaining timely documentation.
Requirements
Must be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in the state of employment. Requires reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
