Job Description
Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Interventional Radiologist for a full-time, permanent IR/DR hybrid opportunity in west-central Pennsylvania near Hollidaysburg. Join a large employed radiology practice serving a busy community hospital with regional tertiary care services.
Choose a 7-on, 7-off schedule or a traditional schedule with nine weeks of PTO. The role includes overnight IR-only call, compensated separately at $5,000 per week. Three APPs and reading room assistants support the local practice, alongside a broader network of subspecialty-trained radiologists.
Compensation includes a $600,000 base salary, paid IR call, and an incentive plan bringing total compensation potential to $730,000–$850,000 or more. A $100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement of up to $10,000 are available, along with comprehensive benefits.
An optional clinical-affiliated academic appointment offers opportunities for teaching or research. The practice uses Philips VuePACS, PowerScribe, and Epic EMR. The region offers mountain recreation, cultural activities, and convenient access to larger cities.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent medical degree.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology.
- Proficiency in interventional radiology procedures required in a community hospital.
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
- Ability to provide both interventional and diagnostic radiology services.
- No visa sponsorship at this time.
