Job Description
Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Otolaryngologist with an interest in Otology for a full-time, permanent position in northwestern Pennsylvania’s Lake Erie region, near Harborcreek. This opportunity offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus and potential ENT residency program leadership.
Build an otology practice while providing general ENT care alongside three otolaryngologists. The current physicians do not perform otologic cases, creating an opportunity to develop this service with support from a robust primary care referral network. Coverage at nearby regional clinics is required.
Teach and mentor residents in an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program with five residents. General ENT call is shared every fourth night and every fourth weekend; residents take first call at night and on weekends. Epic supports coordinated care across the health system.
Competitive MGMA-aligned compensation includes productivity and quality incentives, a residency stipend, CME days, relocation assistance, and employer-paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage. Comprehensive benefits and PSLF-eligible nonprofit employment support long-term career growth.
