Job Description

Supporting 7 health systems, 25 + hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers, Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is seeking both full-time radiologists to support our growing practice in Central Ohio.

Position Summary

Partner radiologist in Toledo, OH. Generalists and all subspecialists are encouraged to apply. This candidate must be capable of reading general diagnostic imaging and maintain a desire to work in a collaborative environment with local referring physicians.

  • $570K+ starting annual compensation (inclusive of 401K profit sharing contribution)

Role Includes

  • Location flexibility
  • Non-breast, non-IR partners work few or no driving shifts with several remote day shifts from home
  • 1-year partnership track (includes Radiology Partners equity)
  • Partner total shifts 200 inclusive of 20 evenings and 20 weekend shifts (10 total weekends)
  • Full benefits for full-time employed radiologists

All associate/partnership eligible roles with CRC include full benefits, home workstation, and offer substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually.

Founded in 1946, Columbus Radiology Corporation is the fifth largest and one of the fastest growing practices in the country, now with 180+ board-certified and subspecialty trained radiologists who are committed to excellence – in patient care, physician relations, continuous quality improvement and professional development.

CRC is committed perpetual improvement through new clinical initiatives, research, artificial intelligence, and best practices that provide proven value to patients and payors.

CRC operates an internal 24/7 Results Communication Center support team, “CORE” (Center of Radiology Excellence) to coordinate care and clinical contact. This clinical team is an extension of our Radiologists, which helps in reducing day to day administrative minutiae. The Advisory Board Company and the American College of Radiology have both recognized this as an innovative customer service function.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $447K-$1M. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
