Duties & Responsibilities
Provide interventional cardiology services on a call-only basis, comprising 75% interventional and 25% noninvasive procedures
- Perform nuclear cardiology reading and NUC activity as required
- Manage inpatient cardiology consults and acute cardiac conditions during on-call shifts
- Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage with a 20-minute response time
Collaborate with hospital staff and maintain all required privileging documentation for active hospital clinical activity
Key Responsibilities
Provide interventional and noninvasive cardiology services, including nuclear cardiology readings and inpatient consults. Maintain 24-hour beeper call coverage with a 20-minute response time for acute cardiac conditions.
Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with a valid California medical license and DEA registration. Requires at least 2 years of current hospital clinical experience and proficiency in Epic EMR.
