Job Description
Legacy Medical Group (LMG), a physician-led multi-specialty organization, is seeking a BC/BE General Cardiologist (Invasive or Non-Invasive) to join our established practices based in the Portland, region. Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Base Salary: Competitive two-year guaranteed salary benchmarked to national medians, transitioning to a transparent productivity-based model.

Responsibilities
Turnkey Patient Base: Walk into an existing clinical volume with a loyal referral network spanning Portland, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, and Sherwood.
Balanced Clinical Model: Dedicated outpatient clinic located on hospital campus combined with structured inpatient consultation and diagnostic imaging services.
Diagnostic Capabilities: Full access to on-site resting/stress echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and vascular imaging. Diagnostic catheterization available for invasive candidates.
Supportive Infrastructure: Embedded APP support, cardiac-trained medical assistants, integrated hospitalist service, and a cohesive local team.
Subspecialty Network Backing: Seamless access to our broader service line of 24+ cardiologists across LMG, including dedicated interventional, electrophysiology, advanced imaging, and heart failure specialists.
Qualifications
Education & Training
MD or DO from an accredited medical school; completed ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Reading opportunities if Certificatied/eligible in Nuclear Cardiology and/or Cardiac CT.

Licensure
Licensure & Certifications
Valid Oregon medical license (or eligible to obtain) and current ACLS certification required.
