Job Description
- Job Title: Locum CRNA
- Employment Status: 1099
- Location: North-Central Indiana
Duration: PRN needs in August and October. Ongoing, weekly in 2027, 3-6 month contracts available.
Shifts: 8s (7am-3pm) or 10s (7am-5pm).
Call: Every 3rd night, must do OB - no call for late room. Call response time is 20 minutes. Providers working 10-hour shifts will not take call. There is also an option to work 10-hour shifts with no call.
Job Type: Locum/Contract
Case Types: Endo, OB, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, GYN, and Ortho
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and unrestricted license.
Special Requirements: Must provide case logs that show proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks. Provider must enroll in Indiana PCF.
EMR: Cerner
Supervision Model: MD onsite - CRNAs work independently with little to no supervision.
Job Summary
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.
Requirements
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid, unrestricted Indiana license (RN only).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in endo, OB, peds, ortho and general.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
- ACLS, BLS and PALS are required.
- Provider must enroll in Indiana PCF.
