About the Opportunity/Position Highlights

  • Manages patients undergoing general, regional and local anesthesia appropriately.
  • Develops an appropriate anesthetic plan of care taking into account the patient's medical history and test results.
  • Works in conjunction with the anesthesiologist to form an integrated anesthesia care team.
  • Performs venous and arterial access procedures as necessary.

About the Location/area

Atrium Health Lincoln is located in Lincolnton, NC. Opened in July 2010, Atrium Health Lincoln opened the 101-bed hospital and medical office building at 433 McAlister Road. From the beginning, the beautiful contemporary facility was designed, planned and constructed with the community in mind. The CRNA manages patients undergoing general, regional, and local anesthesia while developing appropriate anesthetic care plans based on medical history. They work in conjunction with anesthesiologists as part of an integrated care team and perform necessary venous and arterial access procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active NC RN license and be a graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. Additionally, CRNA licensure and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the AHA are required.
