Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in planning and organizing nursing services to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing budgets, coordinating admissions and discharges, and maintaining facility policies.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current RN license and have completed an accredited nursing program. A minimum of one year of professional managerial experience in a related field is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
