Key Responsibilities

The clinical educator serves as a facilitator, consultant, and researcher to influence the professional growth and competence of bedside nurses. They foster empowerment through knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of evidence-based nursing practice within the Labor and Delivery unit.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Washington Registered Nurse License, with a Master's Degree in Nursing or active enrollment in a program. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery and proficiency in adult education course development are required.
