Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Field Educator will lead the training, onboarding, and mentorship of new RN and LPN hires while maintaining a small caseload of home health patients. They are responsible for monitoring clinical competencies, providing one-on-one support, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active RN license in Massachusetts and possess prior Medicare-certified home health experience. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and coaching are required.
