Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing leads a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, compliant, and resident-centered care in an assisted living environment. They are responsible for staff development, policy implementation, and maintaining adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota. Previous supervisory experience in an assisted living setting is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
