Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing provides leadership and management for home health clinical and administrative services across assigned locations. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising nursing staff while ensuring full compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license with at least five years of clinical experience and two years of management experience in home infusion or home health. A graduate degree in healthcare is preferred, though a baccalaureate degree is acceptable.
