Job description

Join HumanGood as a Director of Nursing – Skilled Nursing, $135K-$175K in Los Altos, California, United States. The Terraces at Los Altos is a nonprofit Life Plan Community located in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Los Altos. Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine rounds throughout the Health Center to monitor resident well‑being, assess quality of care, and confirm that staffing patterns align with current resident needs and acuity levels.
  • Ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and appropriate nursing services consistent with resident care plans, regulatory standards, and evidence‑based practice.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and staff, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $135K - $175K
  • 20 days PTO.
  • PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule
