Key Responsibilities
The Professional Staff Nurse provides obstetric and gynecological care, including phone triage, patient teaching, and clinical support for the care delivery team. They collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and participate in department-specific quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Professional Nurse license and possess BLS or CPR certification. While previous women's health experience and a BSN are preferred, the role requires strong critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
