Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Educator develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for staff orientation and workforce development within the Department of Nursing. They foster a climate of life-long learning, promote organizational values, and support critical thinking and professional growth among staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, an Oregon Registered Nurse License, and current BLS certification. A minimum of 5 years of clinical or educational nursing experience is required.
