Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring an OB/GYN Physician in Albany, Georgia.

Position Overview

• Full-scope OB/GYN position serving a diverse patient population
• Split responsibilities between clinic and hospital settings
• Join a non-profit organization serving underserved and uninsured patients for more than 40 years
• Average group volume of 60-70 births per month
• Target of approximately 20 patients per day in clinic
• Opportunity to practice comprehensive women's health care within a mission-driven environment

Schedule

• Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-Call: 10 Shifts Per Month (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Compensation: $280,000 - $347,500
• Billable Hours Pay Model (Rate Based on Experience)
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000 Out-of-State / $5,000 In-State
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $75,000 with 2-Year Commitment

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN REQUIRED
• Active Georgia Medical License or Ability to Obtain REQUIRED

• Experience serving underserved populations
• Women's health leadership experience
