Key Responsibilities

• Provides clinical care as granted via the UIHS credentialing and privileging process.

• Elicits and records information about client’s medical history, surgical history, social history, family history, and other pertinent information related to the care of clients.

• Conducts appropriate physical exams based on the client’s chief complaints and reason for visit.

• Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostics to provide information on client’s condition.

Requirements

• Graduate education to include graduation from an accredited Allopathic or Osteopathic Medical School.

• Post-Doctoral Graduate year 1 completion from a primary care Residency Training Program. Level II

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in an American Board of Medical Specialties (AMBS) approved Board. Level III

• Meet the above criteria with greater than ten (10) years of post-doctoral training clinical experience, or,

• Salary: $250K - $400K

• Signing bonus: $150,000.
