At OHARA, LLC, we're looking for an Initial Care Coordination Case Manager (RN) who will be responsible for answering the Initial Care Coordination (ICC) hotline. The ICC Case Manager coordinates and manages care needs by assessing injured workers following an injury and providing education on the appropriate use of medical care. This role serves as a primary point of contact for injured workers, healthcare providers, employers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
This position requires you to work in our office located at Cherapa Place in beautiful downtown Sioux Falls, SD.

What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming Initial Care Coordination (ICC) hotline calls during designated business hours, delivering prompt, professional support following workplace injuries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for injured workers, employers, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a supportive care experience.
- Obtain and verify injury details, demographic information, employer information, and claim-related data from reporting parties.
- Conduct initial telephonic assessments to identify medical needs, treatment status, barriers to recovery, and appropriate next steps in the care coordination process.
- Enter, maintain, and update claim and injury information within designated software systems and electronic databases.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in hospital or clinical setting is required

- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests while meeting quality and service standards.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Licenses & Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CCM (Certified Case Manager) credential or another URAC-approved certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
