Key Responsibilities
The RN Case Manager performs care management for members with complex and chronic needs by assessing, developing, and coordinating care plans. They conduct assessments both virtually and in-person to ensure appropriate service access and monitor the effectiveness of care management strategies.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. A current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Kansas is mandatory.
