The individual will coordinate care and treat wound care patients discharged from the hospital in a clinic or facility setting. Responsibilities include diagnosing wounds, developing treatment plans, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medication within the scope of practice.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing or Physician Assistant program and hold current Louisiana licensure. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current ACLS certification are also required.
