Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes. Act as a clinical leader within the facility to bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine.
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or PA license in Virginia and have the ability to work in the U.S. Experience in the post-acute space is preferred along with a passion for geriatric healthcare.
