Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 32 Hour Float

Full-Time 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) – Nashville, TN

Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) to join our Nashville, TN team!

What You'll Do

• Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
• Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic team
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
• Provide coverage and support across assigned clinic locations as needed

What We're Looking For

Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing, unencumbered, and undisciplined

• Current DEA license
• Current NP, APRN, FNP, or PA credentials
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• A positive, team-oriented approach
• Availability to work a minimum of 2 weekdays per week
• Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Willingness to float between our Hendersonville, Franklin, and Murfreesboro locations

Availability to complete 2 weeks (10 consecutive business days) of paid training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours

Schedule: Full-Time | 4-Day Schedule

• Clinical Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• 32 clinical hours per week

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Schedule and clinic assignments may vary based on business needs.

$110,000 Annual Salary

Credentialing & License Verification

As part of our candidate screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information prior to interviews.

Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process. All licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.
