About the Role
Join P3 Health Partners as a Travel Nurse Practitioner – Geriatric Assessments, Nebraska in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will travel to a variety of locations performing comprehensive geriatric assessments These may be conducted in-affiliate primary care offices, patient homes, dialysis centers, Senior Wellness Centers and other appropriate locations.
- manage their long-term health and wellness.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for P3 members in a variety of settings.
- manage non-life or limb threatening conditions.
Requirements
- Serve as a positive and collaborative leader and team member.
- Maintain a license and DEA certificate in good standing.
- Role model the P3 Health Partners core values. Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Nebraska Nurse Practitioner License
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Night or evening shifts may be required.
