Join P3 Health Partners as a Travel Nurse Practitioner – Geriatric Assessments, Nebraska in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will travel to a variety of locations performing comprehensive geriatric assessments These may be conducted in-affiliate primary care offices, patient homes, dialysis centers, Senior Wellness Centers and other appropriate locations.
  • manage their long-term health and wellness.
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments for P3 members in a variety of settings.
  • manage non-life or limb threatening conditions.

Requirements

  • Serve as a positive and collaborative leader and team member.
  • Maintain a license and DEA certificate in good standing.

  • Active and unencumbered Nebraska Nurse Practitioner License

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Night or evening shifts may be required.
