Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive? Join our team at Early Autism Services as an ABA Therapist! We’re looking for energetic, caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. No experience? No problem!
We offer paid training, strong support, and clear career growth opportunities. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors.
All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best support and ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training! At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an ABA Therapist.

What You’ll Do
- Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids
- Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs
- Track progress through simple data collection
- Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community)
- Communicate with families and your team
- Attend ongoing training and supervision
What You Need
- RBAI certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Age 18+
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.
Key Responsibilities
Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to children while following treatment plans created by BCBAs. Track progress through data collection and maintain clear communication with families and the clinical team.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and an RBAI certification or the willingness to obtain one. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
