You’ll deliver exceptional ABA services, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress while supervising and training RBTs. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care for children with special needs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. A Behavior Analyst license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Illinois is required, along with experience in a clinic setting.
