Job Description

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? We welcome you to apply now and join our dedicated team at Early Autism Services as a Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist (RBAI). We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment.

At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBAI. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors.

All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best support and ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training! Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including in-clinic, at a client’s home or other community-based setting.

This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients. What You’ll Do

  • Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids
  • Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs
  • Track progress through simple data collection
  • Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community)
  • Communicate with families and your team
  • Attend ongoing training and supervision

What You Need

  • RBAI certification (required)
  • RBT certification (preferred but not required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Age 18+

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children in clinic, home, or community settings. Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs and track progress through data collection.

Requirements

Requires an RBAI certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
