What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
  • Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
  • Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
  • Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina as issued by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Must also possess an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of North Carolina.
