Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress while providing supervision and training to RBTs. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care to children.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field and possess or be eligible for an Illinois Behavior Analyst license. Experience working in a clinical setting and availability for at least two evenings per week are required.
