*Pay Range is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (depending on experience), plus mileage reimbursement.
What You’ll Do
Make a meaningful impact every day. As a Hospice RN, you’ll act as a trusted Case Manager, delivering care that supports patients in their homes and communities. You will guide families through care decisions, while providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate support during life’s most tender moments. You will:
- Complete comprehensive assessments of patients and families to determine hospice needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, revising as needed
- Provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and manage symptoms
- Educate patients and families on care techniques, medications, and comfort measures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate changes to physicians
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families
- Supervise hospice aides and delegate responsibilities appropriately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that shares your commitment to excellence
- Participate in holiday on-call rotation as needed

- What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, hospice or home health experience preferred
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and a passion for making a real difference

Requirements
Candidates must hold a current RN license in the State of Nevada and possess at least 2 years of nursing experience. A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle are required for travel to patient homes.
